ARBITRATION CLAUSE

You agree that any dispute or claim arising from your use of this website, the purchase of services or digital products, or any interaction with BringingBBhome LLC (“Company”), will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

1. Binding Arbitration
   All disputes will be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
2. Class Action Waiver
   You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis.
   You waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.
3. Governing Law & Venue
   This arbitration agreement is governed by California law.
   The arbitration will be held in California unless both parties agree otherwise.
4. Small Claims Exception
   Either party may file qualifying claims in small claims court.
5. Equitable Relief
   The Company may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or prevent misuse of content.
6. Right to Opt Out (optional—let me know if you want this removed)
   If you do not wish to agree to arbitration, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of first using the site.
