REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

BringingBBhome LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital products, sleep consulting services, postpartum education, and informational resources. Because of the nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing any product, service, or consultation from BringingBBhome LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All digital products — including guides, PDFs and downloadable materials — are delivered instantly. Because instant-access products cannot be returned or revoked: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any digital products under any circumstances.

  • No Refunds on Consultations or Services

All sleep consultations, postpartum support services, and virtual coaching sessions are non-refundable, including:

  1. Phone consults
  2. Virtual sleep support
  3. Customized sleep plans
  4. Postpartum education sessions
  5. Bundled or package services

Once a session is booked, your time slot is reserved exclusively for you. We do not offer refunds for cancelled or missed appointments.

  • Customized Sleep Plans

These services are non-refundable once intake is submitted or work has begun.

  • Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a consultation:

  1. You may request one reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  2. Less than 24 hours’ notice = treated as a missed session, with no refund and no reschedule.
  • Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Because all services and digital products are delivered as described and cannot be returned:

  1. Customers agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes.
  2. Any attempted chargeback will be responded to with full documentation of delivery and terms agreed upon at purchase.
